R House
Newly built villa.
The house has been conceived as the result of the superimposition of the volumes of the floor, the black on top of the white one. The building opens up towards the garden with big glass surfaces on the two levels, while to front along the street has almost no opening to preserve tranquility and privacy. The volumes have been worked with cuts and opening in a continuous dialogue between outdoor and indoor spaces, where natural light penetrating from skylights and patio is the main character on stage.
